The Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida has recently announced the addition of two new board members. Board Chair Fred Boykin shared the news, welcoming Johnnie Mejia, VP of Business Banking at PNC Bank, and Commissioner Paul Rolli from the City of Wilton Manors to the company.
Mejia, an experienced banker, is dedicated to promoting inclusion and development. He is an active member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. On the other hand, Commissioner Rolli is currently in his second term serving the City of Wilton Manors, having previously held the position of Vice Mayor.
Commissioner Rolli expressed his admiration for the chorus after attending one of their performances in the spring. He noted the passion and dedication exhibited by each member, creating a magical atmosphere during the show.
