Two Wisconsin-based banks have recently announced a merger deal, with the Bank of New Glarus acquiring First National Bank at Darlington. The Bank of New Glarus, with assets totaling 2 million, completed the acquisition of First National, which has assets of 4.2 million, on May 31.
