The 2025 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards have put the spotlight on companies advancing employee training and leadership. Among this year’s winners is Ness Digital Engineering, a firm active across 11 innovation hubs in the U.S., Eastern Europe, and India.

Ness collected two Silver and two Bronze awards, covering hybrid learning, leadership development, certification, and frontline leader training. The recognition follows similar success in 2024, when the company received five Brandon Hall awards.

“Through our programs, we focus on building impactful, business-aligned learning experiences that provide our people with the skills, tools, and leadership capabilities to drive innovation and deliver excellence for our clients,” said Ranjit Tinaikar, CEO of Ness Digital Engineering.

The awards are judged by panels of industry experts and analysts, who review entries for design quality, alignment to organizational needs, and evidence of measurable impact. For Ness, the results suggest its programs are delivering beyond the internal classroom.

“Our programs have accelerated internal mobility, reduced external hiring costs, and cultivated future-ready leaders across the organization,” explained Shivadarshan Deshamudre, global head of learning and development.

For a company competing in the digital services space, such recognition may help attract and retain staff. In a market where skilled employees often have multiple career options, being able to point to structured, award-winning leadership programs could become as important as the technology solutions themselves.
