The engagement, which initially began on April 28, 2023, has now been extended for an additional 30 days commencing on November 16, 2023.
Under the agreement, FSN will continue to create and execute marketing campaigns for Vortex Energy Corp. This includes the creation and management of ad groups, text ads, and display ads, as well as conducting detailed keyword research and setting up remarketing campaigns. The promotional activities will be carried out on TheFinancialStar.com, as well as through email, Facebook, and Google platforms.
In exchange for the extended marketing services, Vortex Energy Corp will pay FSN a fee of USD $200,000 (plus GST). However, no securities will be issued to FSN as compensation.
