Platformance expands its leadership team

Platformance, an emerging player in the digital advertising and marketing tech space, adds Marwan Ghanem and Rizvi Riaz to its leadership team as it continues to grow its footprint in the region. 

The appointments will further support agencies and small and midsize business (SMB) advertisers as it continues to expand. 

The new hires are primed to further cement its position as a trusted homegrown ad-tech player that delivers growth for businesses and agencies. 

Marwan Ghanem joins as Head of Agency and Ecosystem. His role is to further develop strategic partnerships with agency networks as well as independent agencies. 

He is responsible for building commercial partnerships and driving adoption of new suites of ad products. 

Ghanem brings with him nearly two decades of sales and leadership experience across agencies, ad-tech and publishers, including Choueiri Group.

Rizvi Riaz joins as Head of SMB. His role is to accelerate the start up’s footprint within the fast-growing SMB ecosystem. 

With a proven track record of partnering with local and regional businesses at Gulf News, Boopin & TBD Media Group, Riaz will help SMBs to achieve their full potential by leveraging Platformance’s’ suite of lower-funnel solutions.
