Mercedes-Benz Charging Hub goes live in Chengdu, China

The first Mercedes-Benz Charging Hub has gone into operation in Chengdu (China). With this station, the carmaker is offering fast, intelligent, and convenient charging for its customers.

The high-power charging station provides 480 kW charging with liquid cooling and dynamic power loading for maximum efficiency. It boasts super-intelligence, allowing customers to make one-click reservations, supports plug & charge functionality, and offers mobile-to-car connectivity via the Mercedes me App.

The charging station offers ample parking and various nearby amenities for a comfortable waiting experience. It’s accessible to all vehicle brands, making it a top choice for electric vehicle owners.

The carmaker is already looking forward to the next openings of its Mercedes-Benz Charging Hubs in Atlanta (USA) and Mannheim (Germany) in November. Until the end of the decade, it will establish more than 2,000 Mercedes-Benz Charging Hubs with 10,000 charging points globally.
